JOB DESCRIPTION


Requirements:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will promote dental equipment and services, building client relationships, conducting product demonstrations and meeting sales targets. The position is out of office as it requires moving to search for new customers in the Okanagan region on the basis of a relevant prospective action plan to meet sales targets set by the company.

  • • Microsoft office tools, hands-on with basic electric tools
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Ability to take orders, work independently and as part of a team
  • • Be able to meet challenges
  • • Be client-oriented, be detail-focused
  • • Valid driver's licence and prepared to travel in the Okanagan region for prospecting visits of new customers

Furthermore, the following will be considered valuable assets but optional:

  • • Previous CRM software knowledge
  • • Knowledge of dental products, terminology and procedures
  • • Openness to actively collaborate in our continuous improvement efforts
  • Education:
    High School / College degree / Dental Hygienist / Medical sales background

    Experience:
    Sales Representative or in a similar role

    Responsibilities:

    • • Work independently, maintain and develop clients within territory
    • • Promote sales to existing and prospective customers through relationship-based approach
    • • Demonstrate dental equipment tools and products to existing or potential customers
    • • Attend national dental conventions within Canada
    • • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
    • • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activity to inform sales strategies
    • • Discover new leads, build and develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term market penetration
    • • The candidate should possess excellent communications, professional and verbal etiquette
