- Completion of secondary school

- A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration

- Minimum 1 year experience in a position related to Office administration
- Establish Task priorities, delegate work to support staff, publishers, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.

- Oversee and coordinate Office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures to improve campaign delivery.

- Providing daily / Weekly audit update to Publishers and Same uploaded to Microsoft Team for Office staffs to review.

- Follow up with Publishers and fellow staffs on new campaigns set up and roll outs.

- Setting up FTP credentials for Publishers and running a test before start.

- Coordinate QA & Daily Conversion Reporting on all centers and communicate with Customer Success team to improve
quality of Campaigns.

- Carry out administrative activities associated with admissions to post-secondary educational institutions

- Administer operations policies and procedures related to compliance.

- Reconciliation of budgets and payments (incoming and outgoing) weekly, monthly with Accounting.

- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.

- Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain data inventory and budgetary controls

- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence

- May supervise records (contracts) Clients and Publishers.
