Key Responsibilities
The receptionist should be calm, pleasant, acknowledge, and greet people professionally.
Introduce Appoint Staffing to people who visits and guide them with the overall process.
Entertain queries from temp employees and connect them with the right department.
Notifying right team member for visitors who arrive to see them.
Keeping track of people who visits the office and entertain their queries.
Answering Phone Calls and responding appropriately to the caller?s needs.
Keep a track of incoming Mails and Dispatch as needed and inform the right team member about its status.
Give directions over the phone call to people who call and enquiries.
Route Calls to the right team members as the query comes in.
Maintaining logs of all team members and other databases.
We are in search for a Front Desk Receptionist who has the ability of getting a job done successfully. We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist in the form of a leader who can lead our administrative activities. This role is for individuals who are self- Motivated, enjoy meeting people, honest, and ability to lead processes in the right direction.
Proven employment history as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar position.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Setting Priorities, time- Management organizational skills are must.
Well- Spoken and Listening Skills are required.
Handling Multi- Line Phone Systems.
Knowledge about Microsoft Office is required.
Basic Computer Skills.
Willing to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
Permission to work in Canada.
A graduate or Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
