JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Driver and Auto Search History (DASH) is an industry- Owned policy and claims information system designed to retrieve driver and auto data for the Canadian insurance industry. It provides detailed reports on a consumer's auto insurance history including policies, claims, and other relevant information used to provide an insurance quote.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform data entry tasks related to the insurer and broker enrolment process and user setup in DASHportal
Process new enrolment forms received
Verify that contracts are complete and stored using our document management system
Initiating and tracking account activations, deliver welcome letters via email
Set- Up user administrator access in the DASH portal for Insurers and Brokers
Create client accounts in CRM for future use
Respond to inquiries regarding the DASH application processing
Triage customer inquiries and ensure the appropriate subject matter expert receives the information to respond in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Excellent data entry skills
Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice
Experience with CRM systems
Experience in business operations and customerservice
Excellent customer relations and service skills
Good communication, collaboration and problem- Olving skills
Time management and task orientation skills
