Candidates must be bilingual in Quebec French + English.
Must be able to commute to the Moncton , Canada location and work in the Office.
Experience using a computer and phone systems
Basic customer service knowledge & experience
Responsibilities:
Is accountable for meeting individual productivity and quality targets with focus on personal growth and development
Capable of identifying trends in the site calls and develop documentation to address these most- Often reported problems and issues. Notify management of increasing trends, unusual activity or repeated activity.
Capable of multitasking, log and track calls in the designated system(s), prioritize, escalate and follow up outstanding jobs and ensure timely resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.
Basic understanding of retail business within the oil and gas industry (Good to know)
Basic knowledge of retail gas station infrastructure set up like POS, pumps, pin pads, etc. (Good to know)
Benefits:
