CPR / First Aid Training is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service through answering incoming calls
-Navigate customer correspondence with other departments to ensure productivity
-Deal with customer satisfaction or complaints, ensuring to find an amicable solution
-Organize all corresponding documents and separate contractors and customers into own filling systems --Input data into entry system using Microsoft Excel.
-Keep track of past, present, and potential accounts/clients
-Assist in execution of digital marketing and promotional material distribution.
