Requirements:
Previous experience in community or other related fields

Great Customer Service Skills

Digital Marketing Skills and understanding

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Data Entry Skills

CPR / First Aid Training is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service through answering incoming calls

-Navigate customer correspondence with other departments to ensure productivity

-Deal with customer satisfaction or complaints, ensuring to find an amicable solution

-Organize all corresponding documents and separate contractors and customers into own filling systems --Input data
into entry system using Microsoft Excel.

-Keep track of past, present, and potential accounts/clients

-Assist in execution of digital marketing and promotional material distribution.
