We are in search for a Client Relations Manager who has the ability of getting a job done successfully We are looking for a Client Relations Manager who is courageous enough to stand out from the competition and lead Appoint Staffing at new heights. This role is for individuals who are self- Motivated, enjoy meeting people, honest, great communicator with possessing excellent negotiation skills and who has the ability to lead things in the right direction. We are in search of a person that values honesty, hard work, and have the courage to be a leader and lead as an example to others.
Proven employment history of working as a Client Relation Manager or Specialist with a Staffing Agency.
Proven track record of creating, meeting, achieving, and exceeding targets.
Background in sales, customer services, or having industry knowledge will be a plus.
Should be proficient at using Microsoft Office, and having sound knowledge of CRM will be an additional plus point.
Maintaining of LinkedIn profile for new business opportunities will be a plus point.
Should have a learning mindset and ability to build proven new strategies as according to the industry.
Should have a customer- Oriented and pleasing attitude.
Should be excellent and confident with communication and negotiation skills.
Should have a problem- Olving aptitude.
Should be comfortable working with a team of professionals and lead as an example.
Setting Priorities, time- Management organizational skills are must.
Permission to work in Canada is Mandatory.
Willing to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
Should have your own car with valid driving license.
A graduate or Diploma holder in BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
Prospect new potential clients and with the help of team members support interact and build relationships for long- Term business.
Manage and work in collaboration with the team of Client Relations Specialist.
Intake meetings with potential clients scheduled with efforts of sales & marketing.
Create a plan and present to potential clients meeting their requirements with our services.
Maintaining a regular follow- Up with potential clients to win their business.
Visit potential clients in the field and try to schedule regular meetings to winning their business.
Act as a point of contact with dedicated clients for complaints and ensure their issues are resolved and are satisfied with our services.
Ensure that both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
Build relationships with key employees among clients for all orders fulfillment.
Ensure overall business success for retaining new clients by studying competition and accordingly working on a strategy with all team members for overall business growth.
Keep track of timesheet with the help of other employees of existing orders received from dedicated clients.
Visit dedicated clients to follow- Up and keep a check if necessary to ensure clients' satisfaction.
Ensure working with all teams to meet sales and revenue targets ensuring overall company growth and success.
