Requirements:
Carpathia Children's Centre is looking for an experienced Child Care Assistant to work in our lovely Centre. The position is Monday to Friday 7: 30- 9: 30 and 11: 30- 5: 00. The rate of pay is $13. 08 and 4% on top of that for vacation pay. IT is a team work situation working with children from 2 till 12 years of age; at this point predominantly with 3 years old. The successful candidate should be willing to obtain criminal record and child abuse check and also first aid and CPR level "C. "
We are also looking for an experienced Inclusion support worker to work with a lovely 4 years old boy. The position is tied to the child and so are the hours that might range anywhere from 4 to 8 hours a day. The rate of pay for this position is $14. 86 and $5 for vacation pay.
Responsibilities:
The candidate(s) will be responsible to supervise the children, play with them, attend to their physical needs, support their emotional, social, physical and cognitive growth; take care of their safety and well being. Also, take the toys out and in; be of help to the supervisor and other staff in the classroom.
