The inside sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Act as the order owner throughout the lifecycle of an order, from quote to invoicing, process expedites and schedule follow- Up
Monitor delivery schedules
Manage and monitor order to completion;
Responding to customer inquiries
Coordinate customer requirements with outside sales representatives
Collaborate with outside sales representatives on sales goals
Answer incoming calls from prospective clients
Quote customers prices and provide additional product information
Provide excellent customer service
Manage supplier and vendor relationships
Engage with distributors and provide information as required
