POSITION DESCRIPTION:Maison Louise-Elisabeth is happy to host the nuns of the congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Saint-Louis. A clientele with a heart of gold, full of kindness and gratitude! Working in this warm work environment is more than just a professional experience, it is the possibility of self-realization, of being recognized and valued.
Schedule: permanent full-time daytime position 10/14 every other weekend
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .
Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
Respond to all emergency situations
While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
Formation of PDSB
Law 90 training (an asset)
