Technical Engineering Recruiter
Required Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to Review all in-coming job orders to ensure proper coverage is provided in a timely manner
• 1-5 years of experience working in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Must have experience recruiting engineering roles and/or trades preferably in an oil and gas field services, manufacturing or Engineering/Consulting Environment
• Able to handle multiple tasks and is flexible to changing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) skills and a customer centric focus
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently with a minimum of supervision and guidance
• Willing to work either Remote (Home Based Office) or Head Office (Toronto)
• Independently sets own work priorities and makes decisions
• A can-do attitude, with a strong results orientation
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
