Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site day-to-day activities including but not limited to schedules, trades and safety in a professional manner.
• Ensure that projects are completed safely, on-time, on budget, according to contract specifications, drawings and scope of work.
• Some travel is required
Qualifications:
• Experience managing crews in construction
• Has a very strong background in the Oil Patch and/or Mining construction
• Has negotiated contracts and have a great network throughout Western Canada
• Technically savvy in that you understand how heavy equipment works.
• Ability to professionally and efficiently handle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and understanding of the design/build process.
• Experience in Estimating.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• Able to travel about fifty per cent of the time
