This organization has been around for over 45 years, and they are in the finance services sector. As the Regional VP of Business Development, you will be training internal and external agents. As the sales expert, you will work to mentor and educate sales representatives with this organization's major partner. You will have your own team of sales professionals in AB, SK & MB to develop and oversee.

Job Description:
• Promote products and services with outside agents through office visits, and training sessions
• Manage a team across AB, MB & SK
• Travel 30-40% of the time outside of Edmonton, and work some evenings and weekends
What this company will expect from you:
• 2-6 years of sales experience, especially hunting for new business
• Financial background is ideal
• Be a results oriented and motivated individual
