My client is a recognized leader in large production residential & commercial building and are looking for a Property Manager based in Edmonton, Alberta.

In this position you will be responsible for:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the properties
• Supporting Site Staff
• Work through and operate budgets for projects
• Responsible for all condominium insurance
• Assist with identifying new leasing opportunities
• Assist in managing redevelopment and development activities
• Maintain positive client and tenant relations
• Negotiate lease renewals and extensions
• Arrange site visits to properties
• Oversee maintenance contracts
• Other ad hoc duties

This company will expect from you:

• Certification in property management or real estate
• 5+ years experience
• Great communication skills in both written and verbal English
• High level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
