Production Supervisor

Our Edmonton based client is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their plant's leadership team in their continually growing company.
In this position you will be responsible for:
• Supervising production staff
• Monitoring production operations (i.e. equipment, quality, cost, efficiencies, yield, etc.)
• Effectively allocate resources and time management
• Managing, directing and coaching to hourly unionized employees
• Contribute to reviews, communication and on-going support/reinforcement of production indicators/requirements
• Maximize the value and quality of production outputs
• Other ad hoc duties

This company will expect from you:
• 3-5 years experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment
• Experience in an unionized environment
• Strong communication and analytical skills
