ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Workplace and Insurance Services team has an established reputation as a leading provider of specialist legal services in the following areas:

· Accident compensation

· Commonwealth compensation

· Common law liability

· Dust diseases and 'toxic tort' litigation

An opportunity now exists for junior and senior practitioners to join the group to work across these areas. We are interested in hearing from candidates who have strong WorkCover legal experience, are proficient in managing multiple files; enjoy mentoring junior Lawyers and who above all pride themselves on excellent work and being part of a collegiate team.
