We are an expanding company, specializing in residential heat pump sales.

Therefore, this role is one of quality customer service delivery to ensure the smooth processing of client care.
This administrative role incorporates the following duties:
*1st point of contact for our valued customers via phone and emails.
*Booking sales appointments.
*Organizing & booking installations; management of installers calendars.
*Manage finance contract processing.
*Generate invoices.
*Maintain the data base.
*Sales follow-up calls.
To be successful in this role you will need the following strengths:

This position is from 9am - 2pm Mon - Fri.
