Requirements:
- • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- • Ability to coordinate recruitment efforts across Ontario.
- • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or related positions.
Responsibilities:
- • Recruit new and experienced real estate agents, aligning them with The Canadian Home's vision.
- • Drive sales growth by adding new realtors to the team and actively participating in the incentive program.
- • Establish a scalable process for vetting new realtors, ensuring alignment with our criteria.
- • Ensure the confidentiality and security of candidate files and personal data throughout the recruitment process.
- • Post compelling job openings on major job boards to attract a continuous flow of qualified applicants.
- • Maintain meticulous records of all applicants, interviews, and related data, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
- • Actively seek new talent for the sales team through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and in-person appointments.
