Accounts Payable (International Fashion Company)
Our client is a rapidly growing International Fashion company.
The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for performing the full cycle of Accounts Payable including processing of invoices, reconciling vendor Accounts, and handling transactions and wire transfers.
1. Performs full cycle AP functions: Matching, Batching and Coding
2. Reviews invoices and check requests
3. Maintains a general ledger
4. Creates and reviews purchase order transactions and ensures reports are complete and accurate
5. Reviews reconciliation of all accounts payable
Requirements:
2-5 years Accounts Payable experience
Must have excellent communication and analytical skills
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access and Word)
